Q: When will my monthly debit appear on my statement?
Your first debit will occur on the last day of the month you join if you join on or before the 15th. If you join after the 15th your first debit will occur the following month. All debits are processed on the 15th and will be taken from your account on the last business day of the month. Please note that if the last day of the month falls on the weekend your payment will be taken on the Friday before.

Q: I need to change my automatic bank draft or credit card information. What do I do?
A: If you would to like us to change your bank or credit card account for your payments, you must do so by the 15th of the month. Because we create and finalize our billing files for transmission on the 15th of each month, any changes provided to us after the 15th of the month will not go into effect until the end of the next month.
