Group runs, the YWCA Red Ribbon Ride team, masters swimming and triathlon/running classes provide the
camaraderie and inspiration to keep you healthy and challenged.

What's Hot?
- YWCA Women's Triathlon: The YWCA is putting on a Women ONLY sprint triathlon. Save August 17 to race or volunteer!
- Groups Runs: FREE! Run with a coach, find a training partner, and have some fun. Uptown (6-7pm Tues, 9-11am Sat) and Midtown (6-7pm Wed).
- New Triathlon and Running classes.
- YES! Red Ribbon Ride Team Join the YWCA-sponsored team for a great cause, a terrific fitness goal and a lot of fun!
