YWCA Endurance Sports (YES!)

YWCA Endurance SportsTriathlon, swimming, biking, running - these are more than just activities for health and fitness. They are part of a positive and enjoyable lifestyle. The YWCA Endurance Sports program (YES! for short) is here to support you - whatever your fitness level, whatever your goal.

Classes & Clinics

  • New Class: Swim Conditioning class coming in spring. You wanted it, you got it!
  • New Class: Strength and Conditioning for Runners & Triathletes class coming this spring
  • Tri Race Skills scheduled for summer.

YWCA Women's Triathlon

The Women's Tri is our signature event, and many participants use our Endurance Sports programs to get ready. The 2009 Women's Tri was again one of the top five Minnesota races of the year!
