The Gladiator Workout!

You may have heard of Functional Fitness, or about Caveman Fitness classes. The Gladiator Workout is our take on this philosophy.

Have you ever seen a flabby gladiator? Probably not, because gladiators had to lift heavy metal swords,push chariots around and keep from being eaten by the lions. You can train like the men and women of 300 and get the same intense strength, power and calorie burn with this workout designed to train your body, not your muscles. This is an intense workout utilizing simple but effective equipment and techniques to take your fitness level up to warrior level.
