NEW! Intro to Alexander Technique
Everyone can benefit from the Alexander Technique. Many of us carry unnecessary tension throughout
our daily activities that we accept as unavoidable. It is possible to become more aware of our tendencies
through increasing self awareness and conscious thought. Improved coordination and balance are among
the benefits of the Technique. A hundred year old method, The Alexander Technique enables us to alter
movement and behavioral choices that may lead to chronic pain and muscular tension. It is an effective
means for handling stress. With the Alexander Technique we learn to think differently and to sit, stand and
move with greater efficiency and ease.

Kettlebell - Beginning and Intermediate
Kettlebell training is the cutting edge of fitness training. A kettlebell is a weighted iron ball with a handle.
When lifted and extended away from the body with a natural momentum, a kettlebell provides a great functional
workout and extraordinary cardiovascular benefits. Because of the offset handle, kettlebell training
is the ultimate in core stabilization. Kettlebells deliver extreme all around fitness and are surprisingly safe.
Beginner classes are for those with little or no kettlebell experience; Intermediate classes are for those
who have the fundamentals down.
|
Yoga - Intermediate

you will build on previous and new postures and explore the practice of yoga.
