- Specialzed Fitness: Looking for a more cutting-edge or advanced class? These fee-based classes offer smaller class sizes and more focused attention.
- Pilates Classes: Mat and Reformer classes are a great way to get Pilates training in a group setting - saving you money! Free and fee-based options are offered.
- Water Fitness: These free classes are held in our pools, and are a great way to get a workout in a lower-impact setting.
- Youth Fitness: Introduce your child to fitness in a class just for her! Free and fee-based options are offered.
- Golf Lessons: Learn how to play or brush up on specific skills. Offered Seasonally at the Minneapolis Sports Center
