All group classes are free to members (and are not open to non-members) so drop in as often as you like.

Cardio Classes |
A.I.T
This tough circuit-training workout uses plyometrics and athletic conditioning drills, which isolate and define the muscles of every body part. Get the cardio workout you need plus the muscle building benefits of resistance training. Start with fast paced endurance activities followed by a recovery period, move quickly to a variety of muscle conditioning drills and repeat.

BOSU Cardio
This class uses the BOSU as a tool for strength, cardio and core work. All fitness levels are welcome.

Cardio Dance
Let a wide-variety of music inspire your workout. This class is designed to encourage participants to put their own energy level, ability and style into the moves in a non-intimidating and fun environment. All fitness levels are welcome.

Cardio Kick
A power packed athletic workout utilizing traditional boxing moves and kickboxing techniques for aerobic training. This class combines high and low impact and ends with core challenges!

Cycling
A high intensity cardio workout without a lot of impact. Riders burn calories using various cycling techniques from hill climbing and sprinting to pedaling at different tensions. Beginners can modify easily. Bring water! Space is limited; first come-first served, so be sure to get a number at the front desk!
Cycle to the Movies is a movie length class; get your cardio in while enjoying the
latest flick.

Hi/Low Impact Aerobics
An upbeat, energetic class that focuses on the development of cardiovascular strengthening by utilizing a variety of hi and low impact interval-style movements.

Hip Hop Aerobics
A new and innovative way to get your body moving and grooving through hip-hop music. This class is meant for everyone: those who have never touched a dance floor or the most experienced B-Boy or B-Girl.

Salsa Aerobics
Experience the joy of moving to Salsa Music! No partner needed. Individual drills are taught to build strength and coordination of moves specific to salsa. All levels.

Step
This class emphasizes beginning to intermediate stepping techniques, muscle conditioning and a final stretch. All levels.

Turbo Kick
Turbo Kick is the evolution of kickboxing the
revolutionary group exercise program inspired by
dance, Tae Kwon Do, boxing, tai-chi, and funk! This
class stays fresh with the hottest music, moves
and combos available. Great class for those who
understand the importance of fun.

Triple Threat
Maximize your workout with 3 different, yet inter-related classes in one 90 minutes workout!
- 1st half hour = aerobic activity

- 3rd half hour = stretch & yoga

Zumba
Dance your way to a fitter you! Exciting Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO. The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and International zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA! All levels welcome!

Core Classes |
Below the Belt
Feel the burn on your hips, thighs and gluts. Use weights, tubes and other equipment to help focus on strengthening and firming those muscles below the belt. Deep stretch with some yoga poses dispersed throughout the 45-minute workout. All levels.

Core Fit
This class strengthens the core. You'll feel results working the abdominal, oblique and lower back muscles.

Mind-Body Classes |
BODYFLOW®
This class is a unique combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. The fun and motivating blend of complimentary formats builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. All levels.

Center Dance Class
Class mixes ballet, modern dance and jazz movement. Come to this class
if you are looking to be energized, creative and stay in shape. You do not
need to be a dancer to take this class.

Fitness Yoga
Includes a great many disciplines, from strength training to core exercise
and more. An energizing yet relaxing class taught in the classic Vinyasa
style, our class offers you plenty of heat-building sun salutations and
flowing sequences. More challenging postures are explored here and may
include arm balances, inversions, and deep back bends to increase the
strength, length, and tone of your muscles. Modifications are offered when
necessary.

Pilates Mat Class - Essential
Focuses on basic principles, simple movements and are the entry point for
people with little or no Pilates experience.

Pilates Mat Class - Experienced
This class requires previous Pilates experience and progress at a faster pace with more advance exercises and modifications.

Pilates Mat Class - Spanish
Clase de Pilates Basica en español

added stability challenge and fun.

A gentle yoga class to inspire the mind and body with easier yoga poses. All levels.

Yoga - MS Yoga
This class is paced for those with chronic illness concerns primarily those of Multiple Sclerosis or other autoimmune diseases including mobility limitations or the need to work more slowly. Members are always welcome including those engaged in injury rehabilitation. This is the first MS yoga class in the Twin Cities and endorsed by the MN MS Society. Class Length: 55 minutes

Strength Training Classes |
(The) Barre
Reshape, stretch and strengthen your body while you improve your posture and body awareness. Many of the exercises in this class utilize the ballet barre are based in ballet technique. For beginners and non-dancers as well as advanced exercisers. Class Length: 55 minutes; Express class is 45 minutes.

BODYPUMP®
"The Original Barbell Class" is designed for all fitness levels. This class uses free weights, motivational music, and trained instructors to strengthen and define muscles. All BODYPUMP® classes are taught in the gym at all locations. Great for all levels. Class Length: 55 minutes; Express class is 45 minutes.

Weight training and resistance work are a must to lose fat, burn calories, and building muscle. Get shapely legs and chiseled arms and shoulders using a variety of equipment and weight bearing exercises to pump your upper and lower body muscles. Designed for all levels of fitness. Fit & Tone
A low to non-impact aerobic class focused on seniors. Strength and flexibility training follow aerobic portion.

SilverSneakers® Muscle Strength and Range of Motion
Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, balls for resistance and
a chair for support are used as well as non-impact aerobic choreography;
exercises designed to increase range of movement and skills of activities
of daily living (ADLs).

Move through a variety of yoga exercises designed to increase muscular
