Masters Swimming

Although the name may be intimidating, "Masters" swimming simply means group swimming for those 19 and older. All speeds and skills are represented on our Masters team, and more experienced swimmers always enjoy helping new swimmers get a feel for the workout and the group.

No competitive swimming experience is required, but some recreational swimming background is encouraged. Our Masters groups are comprised of a balance of former swimmers, triathletes in training, and recreational swimmers looking for a good workout. Note: If you are interested in more specialized triathlon training or Total ImmersionTM training, please see our Total Immersion Instruction page.

Members of the Masters team have the option of competing at several US Masters Swimming meets throughout the year. For Masters meet information, see the Otters and Masters swim meet schedule under the Otters section. For more information, contact head coach Dave Cameron at 612-215-4224. Also visit the US Masters Swimming Website.
