We are the YWCA of Minneapolis and fitness and nutrition are important to us! We're able to provide fitness programs you probably won't find anywhere else.
- Free health & fitness memberships are available to all enrolled families.
- Swimming is part of the curriculum.
- Gymnasiums give children room to run regardless of the weather.
- Indoor and outdoor play spaces help develop coordination and motor skills.
- Field trips around the city take place regularly.
- Nutritious and fresh familystyle breakfasts, lunches and snacks provide the energy necessary for a successful day.
